Factors affecting Jordanian electronic banking facilities by Amman Arab the academy

Abstract This psychiatry aimed to identify the factors influencing upon electronic banking services provided by Jordanian banks. Perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, privacy and security and user-friendliness are the factors investigated in this study. A sample of 300 clients functional at King Abdullah university circles Hospital staff who were swift bank accounts in rotate local banks in Jordan was selected, randomly. To comprehensive the primary data, the assay used a questionnaire design based on a 5-point scale. Results of the assay found that perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust and privacy directly and approvingly influenced on e-banking usage. openness was found to have no effect upon e-banking services.
